Participants took precision synbiotics for 3 months, with deep metagenomic sequencing and symptom surveys before and after. - Published findings: at baseline the autism group had lower microbial diversity, more potential pathogens (Shigella, Klebsiella, Clostridium) and less Faecalibacterium.
